Does Market Street hotel accept group bookings?
Yes, we can accommodate groups, both personal leisure and business guests are welcome to make a group enquiry.

What constitutes as a group?
Any bookings that require 10 room nights or more will be treated as a group enquiry and subject to group terms and conditions.
Does Market Street hotel offer exclusive use?
Yes, we can offer exclusive use of the entire hotel.
What is Market Street hotel’s capacity?
Market Street hotel has 98 bedrooms including 1 suite.
Does Market Street hotel have twin rooms?
Yes, we do have twin rooms however, the majority of these however, although they have separate bases and linen they cannot be pushed apart. We have a limited number of twin rooms where the beds can be pushed apart however, these are subject to availability and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Are group breakfasts available?
Group breakfast in Nor’ Loft is available for hotel residents only. Please be aware that the design of Nor’ Loft lends itself to leisure dining and therefore, groups will most likely be required to sit in smaller groups. The maximum capacity for one sitting is 30. Depending on the size of your group, we can work on a bespoke approach to breakfast should this form part of your requirement.
Is pre-booking for breakfast required?
Yes, we ask that all group breakfast numbers and timings are agreed in advance.
Does Market Street hotel have function rooms or meeting rooms?
No, we do not have function rooms or meeting rooms however, we are more than happy to make recommendations.
Arrival at the hotel
On arrival at the hotel, please make your way to our 7th floor reception via the elevators so that you can check in and receive the keys for your room.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in Time after 3pm / Check-out time before 11am.
Special Requests
Please contact the hotel directly if you would like to request and early check in or late check out. Please note that there is an additional charge for special requests and these are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
Nor' Loft Group Bookings
Does Nor’ Loft accept group bookings?
Yes, Nor’ Loft can accept groups of a maximum of 25 people.
Can you book out the whole of Nor’ Loft?
We only offer exclusive use of Nor’ Loft if you also have exclusive use of Market Street hotel.
Is a deposit required for a group booking in Nor’ Loft?
Yes, we will take a £10 deposit per head that can be refunded or redeemed against your bill.
Can a group order food in Nor’ Loft?
We are more than happy to take pre-orders of our seasonal menu for groups.
