You can book directly on our website or contact us to arrange your booking via email or over the phone. Once your reservation has been made, we will contact you to re-confirm your booking 48 hours prior, in the event we are unable to reach you we reserve the right to release your table.

Please note that window tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. While we will do our best to accommodate everyone, we cannot guarantee specific table requests, especially during busier periods.

We cannot serve alcohol to non-hotel residents before noon.


We regularly update our menus with new dishes and drinks for our guests to try so please bear in mind that all of our menus are subject to change.


Please note, we are a cashless business and therefore can only accept card payments.


If you, or anyone in your party has an allergy or dietary requirement, please let us know.

Please note that we endeavour to accommodate all dietary and allergy requirements however due to the nature of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination of trace ingredients.

Service Charge

Please note that we apply a discretionary 10% service charge. This goes directly to our friendly team at Nor' Loft.


Please note we do not have a children's menu however children and young people are welcome in Nor’ Loft until 8pm.

Afternoon Tea

Bookings for our Afternoon Tea must be made 48 hours in advance and a non-refundable pre-payment will be taken. If pre-payment has not been made by the expiry time stated in the payment link, we have the right to cancel your booking if this is within the 48 hour timeframe. Please note, we cannot accommodate for dietary requirements and no items can be substituted, drinks are not included within this experience. We can only cater for this experience in increments of two.

Dress Code

Please be aware, we have a smart casual dress code in Nor' Loft.

Outdoor Bookings

You must book Our Picnic to secure an outdoor table otherwise, spaces will be allocated on a first come and first served basis.

Group Bookings

Any group booking of seven people or more will require a deposit of £10 per person to be paid via our secure reservations system, an email will be sent to allow this payment to be made. All deposits can be refunded if bookings are cancelled 48hours prior to the reservation date. All bookings which require food need to be cancelled within 7 days prior to the reservation date to allow for a full refund.
