Bookings
You can book directly on our website or contact us to arrange your booking via email or over the phone. Once your reservation has been made, we will contact you to re-confirm your booking 48 hours prior, in the event we are unable to reach you we reserve the right to release your table.
Please note that window tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. While we will do our best to accommodate everyone, we cannot guarantee specific table requests, especially during busier periods.
We cannot serve alcohol to non-hotel residents before noon.
Menus
We regularly update our menus with new dishes and drinks for our guests to try so please bear in mind that all of our menus are subject to change.
Outdoor Bookings
Due to the unpredictability of Scottish weather, we are unable to book tables outside. However if the conditions permit on your chosen date we can arrange a table for you on one of our terraces.
Allergies
If you, or anyone in your party has an allergy or dietary requirement, please let us know.
Please note that we endeavour to accommodate all dietary and allergy requirements however due to the nature of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination of trace ingredients.

Service Charge
Please note that we apply a discretionary 8% service charge for groups of 6 or more. This goes directly to our friendly team at Nor' Loft.
Minors
Please note we do not have a children's menu however children and young people are welcome in Nor’ Loft until 8pm.
