Our revitalise package includes a full body massage session, a stress-reducing, energising treatment which will enhance a great sense of well-being. After a short consultation, you will choose a bespoke blend of essential oils suited to your personal needs, which is prepared by the therapist and applied to your body via massage.

Using a combination of relaxing massage, soft tissue and acupressure techniques, the treatment will ease muscular aches and pains, loosen stiff joints and bring welcome relief to a tired, tense body. Emotionally it will help relieve stress, tension and anxiety. Soothing, invigorating or energising, the pressure required is up to you!
